Yes. RS Construction delivers both planned (programmed) maintenance and reactive repairs, including 24/7 reactive response for commercial clients. We support housing providers, local authorities and commercial property managers with day-to-day repairs as well as scheduled maintenance programmes.
Yes. RS Construction can act as principal contractor, taking on the duties required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM). We manage health and safety, coordination, sequencing and site control for the full duration of the works.
