Health & Safety remains central to every project delivered by RSC. We work proactively with clients, consultants, supply chain partners, and operatives to maintain safe working environments across all project stages.
RSC operates within an externally audited integrated management system, enabling consistent health & safety control across all operations — from directors and management teams through to site operatives and subcontractors.
Zero-Incident Culture
Our continued focus is on achieving and maintaining a zero-incident culture throughout the business. All operatives are supported through ongoing competency training and are expected to operate in accordance with RSC's strict health, safety, safeguarding, and environmental procedures.

Safe Delivery in Occupied Homes, Schools & Workplaces
Much of our work across East London and London takes place in occupied buildings — tenanted social housing, working schools and live commercial premises — where health and safety has to protect residents, pupils and staff as well as our own operatives. As principal contractor we plan each project around the people using the building, with clear site segregation, dust and noise control, and safe access maintained throughout the works.
Our operatives are DBS-checked where required and briefed on safeguarding before they start on site, and every project is delivered in line with the CDM Regulations, current health and safety legislation and our externally audited management system — from the first risk assessment through to final handover.
