RS Construction Founded
Established as a family-owned business in East London, built on a commitment to quality craftsmanship and dependable service.
First Voids Contract – East Thames Group
Began delivering voids works for East Thames Group through Axis Europe, a partnership that continued until 2013.
24-Hour Emergency Callout Service Launched
Introduced a round-the-clock emergency callout service to support clients with urgent repairs across London.
Team Expansion & First Office
Grew the team and moved into our first dedicated office, located close to East Thames Group, to support an increasing workload.
Main Voids Contractor for Interserve
Appointed by Interserve Construction Limited as the main voids contractor on the East Thames Group contract, a role we held until 2017.
Newham Schools Programme
Began delivering works across the London Borough of Newham schools estate – an ongoing partnership we still maintain today.
New Office & Continued Growth
Relocated to a larger office and expanded the team again to keep pace with a growing project portfolio.
Kitchen & Bathroom Main Contractor – East Thames Group
Appointed through Interserve as the main kitchen and bathroom contractor for East Thames Group properties.
Main Void Gas Contractor – Interserve
Took on the role of main void gas contractor for Interserve on the East Thames Group contract.
Voids Contractor for Guinness Partnership
Engaged through Wates as a voids contractor for The Guinness Partnership Limited, delivering works through to 2019.
M&E Design & Build Package
Awarded our first full mechanical and electrical design-and-build package for a new-build block of flats.
Keepmoat Homes Contract
Appointed by Keepmoat Homes Limited for voids and communal works, a contract delivered through to 2019.
Main Peabody Trust Voids Contractor
Became the main voids contractor for Peabody Trust through PGM – a long-standing partnership that continued until 2024.
Main Voids Contractor for L&Q
Appointed as one of the main voids contractors for London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q), a role we proudly continue to deliver today.
