Our fully qualified electrical Design and Build Team bring together cost effective electrical design services, electrical installation and full electrical project management for commercial, residential and industrial projects.

A typical electrical design and build project would give you full-service design, installation, verification and test incorporating:

  1. Design of the electrical installation, performing all necessary calculations

  2. Verify that the electrical design complies with the regulations BS7671:2008, CIBSE, BS5266, BS5839etc. and obtaining the necessary approvals.

  3. Procurement, project management and installation of the electrical design.

  4. Verification of the new electrical installation against the electrical design.

  5. Carry out the test and installation to confirm compliance.

  6. Issue electrical installation certification.

RS Construction and Property Services are ISO:9001 accredited and members of The National Inspection Council Electrical Installations Contracting NICEIC, the Electrical Safety Register, Construction Line and soon to be MCS approved a giving you confidence that our work quality and procedures are regularly checked by our accrediting bodies.

Electrical design and build projects are performed under ISO 9001:2008 procedures using Estimation software to produce bills of quantities, ongoing project costing, stage evaluations and financial reporting.

Electrical design and build schemes are developed to C&G2400 guidelines using industry accepted AutoCAD 2015 design software, Amtech electrical design software and risk assessment management software. The electrical Design and Build team use these tools to both design and control all technical specifications and documentation.
